You probably know someone who tells you or maybe this is even you, they are going to go on a diet and lose weight. They may lose some pounds, fat and probably a lot of muscle because they starve their metabolism and slow it down with the lack of food they are eating. They may do this for a few months and when they finally give up starving their selves and go back to eating “normal” again, they gain all the weight back plus some. Too many people seem to take this approach with weight loss and it is not their fault. There is so much false information in the mainstream media that it confuses people and nobody seems to know what to do.
This is why I have created this website. I have been heavily involved in fitness for 17 years. I have studied nutrition, personal training and have always maintained a body fat level of less than 9% and at times as low as 5%. The reason I have been able to do this is the life style I live. Fitness is a life style it is not a temporary task that you do to lose weight. It is about the choices you make on a daily basis that will determine your fitness level.
