I created this site because my friends often asked me for fitness advice, and fitness is one of my biggest passions in life. When I was young, I became obsessed with working out, but as time went on, I started experiencing chronic back pain, feeling sick, depressed, and having no energy. I later discovered that I had mercury toxicity, which put me on a lifelong journey for health and wellness. This site serves as a personal resource for myself because I tend to forget more than I learn. If my friends want to use it as a resource, then they are welcome to it.
