A Large part of my studies lately has been on the Wim Hof Breathing methods along with Cold Exposure.

Wim Hof, also known as the “Iceman,” is a Dutch extreme athlete who has set numerous records for withstanding extreme cold and completing marathons and other physical challenges without the use of traditional clothing or equipment.
